Cassandra Rodríguez is the founding partner of the firm. She graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati, where she majored in Spanish Studies with a Minor in Philosophy. Cassandra is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Cassandra focuses her practice on immigration law in the areas of family immigration, deportation defense, as well as criminal/traffic defense. She has handled complex criminal cases such as Aggravated Robbery and Rape, as well as complex immigration matters such as I-601 hardship waivers and I-601a provisional waivers.
She is a Cincinnati native, of Greek, Italian and Slovak descent, although she likes to say she is 100% Ecuadorian by marriage to her husband Ric, who immigrated from Quito, Ecuador. She and Ric have three beautiful children, Eleni, Estevan and Elías. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and caring for her flock of chickens.
GREG D. PORTER, Esq.

Attorney Greg Porter was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Bishop Fenwick High School in Middletown and then joined the United States Marine Corps. Fresh out of basic training, Greg began his studies at the University of Cincinnati. His studies were put on hold when in his third year of college he was called to serve a tour of duty in Iraq. Upon returning from active duty, he finished his Bachelor’s degree. Mr. Porter then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio and was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio. Greg also was admitted to practice in the U.S. Federal Court , Southern District of Ohio.
Since joining the law firm of Rodriguez & Associates, Ltd. in 2012, Greg has focused his practice on Domestic relations cases, civil matters, juvenile court, and criminal law, including custody, visitation, dissolution and divorce, civil litigation, personal injuries, plaintiffs and defendants’ work, easement law, withdrawal of pleas, abuse neglect and dependency cases, etc. He has represented clients all over Ohio, including Butler, Hamilton, Clermont, Montgomery, and Prebble Counties, in Federal Criminal Court, Federal Immigration Court, Common pleas, Municipal and Mayor’s Courts. Whatever the case may be, Greg is not afraid to tackle a challenge. He will take on even the most difficult cases with the tenacity and thoroughness of a lawyer coupled with the determination and fight of a marine.
